UPDATE #6 – Tracking Transparency: Chanel Decision-Makers Added to the List

We said we would keep tracking. We meant it.

Since our previous update, we have continued contacting additional decision-makers across the cosmetics and luxury sectors regarding the presence of endocrine disruptors in consumer products and the industry’s responsibility to address these concerns transparently.

To date, we have not received substantive responses.

Again, silence persists.

And silence matters.

When legitimate questions about public health remain unanswered, consumers are left without the transparency they deserve.

Today, we are expanding the list of individuals we have contacted — professionals whose positions give them the ability to influence decisions, initiate reviews, and promote greater accountability:

– Julien Garry, Executive Vice President, Innovation, Development and Procurement
– Nathalie Volpe, Innovation, Research and Development Director, Chanel Fragrance & Beauty

These are individuals with influence, responsibility, and access to the information necessary to help clarify how these issues are being addressed internally.

As always, we are not making accusations.

We are documenting facts.

The fact is that important questions have been raised.
The fact is that consumers are seeking answers.
The fact is that, so far, many of those in positions of authority have chosen not to respond.

Consumers have the right to:
– Know what is in the products they use
– Receive clear and transparent communication
– Understand how potential health concerns are being evaluated
– Expect accountability from the companies they support

We remain open to constructive dialogue.
We remain ready to publish any response received.

Until then, we will continue documenting who engages — and who does not.

Because transparency should not depend on pressure.
And public health should never be an afterthought.

More updates to follow.
